fan speed manually in the front panet,providing the best balance between

The conntroller si designed to be used with constant speed fans only.
When the pointer of the knob is turned to the left-most position,the
fan speed is set to roughly half of maximum RPM. When it is turned
to the right-most position,the fan is supplied with full power and
allowing the fan speed to reach it's maximum RPM.
